  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, sliced

  • For the Rice:

  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Preparation:

    1. Prepare the Meat:
