1.5 pounds cubed steak

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 10 ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Preparation:

    1. Season the Steak: Season the cubed steak generously with salt and pepper.
    2. Sear the Steak: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak on all sides until browned.
