  • 1 cup (240ml) water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups (300ml) milk
  • 1/4 cup (50g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • For the Topping:

  • Whipped cream
  • Fresh berries
  • Matcha powder
  • Chocolate sauce

  • Preparation Process:

    Total Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

    Mochi Preparation:
    1. In a medium saucepan, combine glutinous rice flour, sugar, water, salt, and matcha powder (if using).
