  • 1 cup dried porcini mushrooms, soaked in warm water

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) dry red wine
  • 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Meat:
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin
  • 1 pound prosciutto di Parma, thinly sliced
  • 1 pound fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • All-purpose flour for dredging
  • Extra virgin olive oil for frying
  • For Serving:
  • Pasta of your choice (like tagliatelle or pappardelle)
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • Preparation Process:

    1. Prepare the Sauce:
