    Preparation Process:

    Marinating the Steak:
    1. In a large bowl, combine the flank steak, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
    2. Massage the marinade into the steak, ensuring even coverage.
    3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.

    Cooking the Steak:
    1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
    2. Remove the steak from the marinade and grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired level of doneness.
    3. Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

    Preparing the Vegetables:
    1. While the steak is resting, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    2. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
    3. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
    4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Assembling the Dish:
    1. Slice the steak thinly against the grain.
    2. Serve the steak over a bed of rice or quinoa.
    3. Top with the sautéed vegetables and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.
    4. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the dish.

Total Time: Approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes

    Serving Ideas:
